- A pedestrian only boardwalk surrounds the beach and Mission Bay creating an easily accessible community with everything you need to have the best possible experience.
- Located close to the world famous Belmont Park and the Plunge, an oceanfront amusement park and indoor pool with inflatable obstacle course.

- The condo is on the first floor, east facing side of an oceanfront building (no views from unit, but just a couple steps from the sand.)
- You can sleep 5 people comfortably and have plenty of living space to relax, connect with one another and have an epic experience.

- Additional tandem parking is available on the side of the building on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
MMB Rentals Cancellation Policy
- Please Note: Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
- All cancellations receive a $100 cancellation fee.
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received 60 days or more prior to check-in date, Guest will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received 30 days to 59 days prior to check-in date, Guest is entitled to receive 50% refund of the nightly rental/booking. Guest will also be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date..
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Guest is not entitled to refund of rental/booking. Guest will however, be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date.
- Guest must submit a cancellation request to MMB Rentals by e-mail.
- Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you're concerned about cancelling your reservation.

- Due to new short term rental regulations in San Diego, it is more important than ever that we are good neighbors.
- We want you to have the best experience, but not at anyone else's expense.
- Your home is a private residence for use by our registered guests.
- You are welcome to have a small number of visitors on the property for short visits only.
- No additional overnight guests.
- No parties.
- No loud music or anything that disturbs neighbors at ANY time of day.
- No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.
- There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out.
- Your property is overseen by a local property manager and house rules are strictly enforced without exceptions.
- Guests who are inconsiderate of our neighbors and other vacationers around us jeopardize our ability to continue vacation renting. Such behavior will not be allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guest(s) who cancel at least 60 days prior check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus $100 processing fee.
If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in date, guests get back a 50% of the total nightly rate, cleaning, tax and damage deposit.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date, guest(s) are not entitled to any refund of rental amount paid. Transient Occupancy Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded if guests have already paid.
GOOD NEIGHBOR/NO PARTY/OCCUPANCY LIMIT POLICIES: Magical Mission Beach has a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise and/or disturbing the neighbors. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties that disturb the neighbors are prohibited and can lead to immediate eviction and a $250 Party Penalty! All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances.

Refundable Damage Deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the property and check-out instructions are followed.

Condo is so clean and comfy! Being so close to the beach was a dream! Easy to get to downtown San Diego to see the sights. Best part was we felt safe here at any time day or night. I would love to come back in the warmer months and enjoy more beach time.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach condo. Kimberly and her team were wonderful hosts. The team was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The condo was comfortable and had many amenities including beach toys. Their beach towels were very comfortable. They also stocked the condo with basic necessities such as cups, cooking supplies, and soap. The place was very clean. It was a comfortable place for 5 people. The location was great. It was a few feet away from the beach. The beach was very clean and the people were respectful to each other. It is also close to a fun amusement park. There were also delicious restaurants such as ZoZos New York Pizza which was very close by. We had an amazing time. My children wanted to stay longer. Thank you to Kimberly and her team for providing such a terrific place.

This is our second year staying in this beautiful place. Everything was great as it was last year. It has everything you need for a perfect little family vacation. We caught perfect weather so it wasn’t ever too hot in the house and the one little fan in the kids bedroom was perfect. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!
This couldn't be any closer to the beach! It was the perfect location. The apartment clean and just the right size. Parking was right in front of your door but was VERY tight. The host was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The perfect beach getaway! With a gate directly onto Mission beach, this apartment offered us the perfect family beach vacation. We highly appreciated the beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs that were provided. We'd gladly return.
Parking is very tight so bring the narrowest vehicle you can!
We had an amazing stay here. The host was wonderful to work with and very on top of things. The house was immaculate and you can’t beat the location. Everything was very comfortable too. I was very impressed overall and we really enjoyed our stay.
The condo is adequate, more like a hotel than what I would expect for the price through AirBNB. There was no guest book so we didn't have suggestions about places to go or eat, which is a big help when renting through AirBNB hosts. Also, unlike other beach condos that we have rented, there was no beach furniture or toys for guest use. So we had to find places to rent chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. Luckily, we found a company called Cheap Rentals that was within walking distance so we were able to get what we needed. Be aware that you are on the first floor and you can hear all the guests walking above your head, especially if they have children. When the hostess asked if everything was all right after the first day, we told her that the unit above had a dog barking for hours the night before. She immediately got the issue taken care of for us. Being close to the beach and boardwalk was great, and the neighborhood around there is lovely.

Right by the beach, safe and peaceful
Property was great and the location is what made it fantastic! Right in the heart of the action on Mission Beach. Dolphins jumping within a couple hundred yards every night. Kids could play right outside the door on the beach. It was a little tight for our family of 4 but it’s to be expected in this price range. We didn’t spend much time indoors anyways. Next trip I’d spring for a walkout patio. This property has a designated “patio space” but it wasn’t connected to the unit and we never used it. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. Overall a great spot and a great vacation!
The location was awesome. Well worth the cost to be that close to the beach with children. We have made several trips to CA in the past and this place by far has been our favorite. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need if we didn’t already bring it. Will definitely be back to stay again ❤️

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect with kids. It is a tight squeeze for three adults and two small kids, but being right on the beach and a block from the boardwalk was worth it. We’d stay here again.

My family and I had the most amazing stay! Not only was the condo extremely clean but it was very well equipped for a perfect day at the beach! I know the area very well and this is why I chose this location to stay, what I didn’t know is how nice our stay would be. We had great communication with the host just prior to and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and I have to say everything really was perfect! We will definitely be back and look forward to many more stays here!!
Great location, right on the beach! Super close to restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean and provided all the essentials. No AC made it a bit hot but there were fans and can open windows for the ocean breeze. Host is a property management company so not as flexible and accommodating. However, we had a good stay.
Good time
This place was awesome ! A gem for sure, my family and I truly enjoyed it. The first night was a little difficult getting used to the no ac but the extra fans were definitely lifesavers! This place truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. So thankful for the beach toys , chairs, towels and the umbrella which made our beach days so effortless. There are no views from the place itself but all you have to do is take a couple steps and you’re right in front of beautiful sun sets! The bbq was clean and the private patio was great to sit at. We had no problems during our stay, in fact we tried to get an extra night but there was another family already booked. We look forward to booking this place again for our next years summer vacation !

Very cute Airbnb, perfect for a small family, close to the beach. Parking is extremely tough, as advertised, but we made do and had a great weekend.

Great location. Parking space very small for any size car. Consider not bringing a car and using public transit or using Uber/Lyft. Clean and great communication.
Nice place to stay! My sons loved being able to go straight to the beach. Also glad they had space heaters to help during the cold nights.
Awesome location right on the boardwalk, and a minute walk to Belmont. The kitchen window has a partial ocean view, but hey, you're only steps to the sand anyways. Parking is tight, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a great place to stay for the price. We had one night where the upstairs unit was loud agter 10pm, but a quick text to Kim took care of it (even though they don't manage that unit).

Perfect location! It didn’t bother us at all that it doesn’t have an ocean view because you were only just two steps from the ocean. We loved watching everybody go back-and-forth on the boardwalk and rented bikes along the boardwalk. The house is way more fully stocked than we were anticipating with boogie boards, beach toys, chairs truly everything you would ever need is there. A lot of places along the beach are kind of old and run down this seemed very nice, new and clean. We can’t wait to stay again! Hosts are very knowledgeable and communicated with everything we needed.

Great condo right on the beach! Loved having all the beach supplies stocked, and it was very comfortable for four adults for the weekend. It got a little warm at night with no AC, but there were plenty of fans provided to help. Kimberly was a great host!

The condo is really well stocked - kitchen items, bathroom necessities, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, board games, extra fans….you name it. The location is perfect - right on the beach. It was so awesome not even having to put shoes on before we headed out to the beach! And worth the extra cost to be right on the beach since we had two little ones with us and could just go back to the unit for nap time and then head back to the beach again. The patio isn’t connected to the unit, but it was still so nice having a place to sit on the boardwalk and people watch and enjoy the ocean.
The patio wasn’t attached to our condo, we had to walk around the corner and down a little bit. But it was a very nice condo, and a beautiful place to stay. Super convenient since we were just across the boardwalk from the beach.

Place had every amenity we needed for a family of three. It was a hot week but the place had lots of great fans and ceiling fans. The place was In A perfect location to shops and restaurants and steps from the beach. Kitchen had basics plus some extras so that was helpful. Being so close to the beach was very convenient. There is also a little market 2 small blocks away which was handy. I would definitely rent this place again.
Space was a little tight with 3 adults and an infant due to pack n play, stroller, carseat, etc. But all in all, it was perfect for what we needed given that we were mainly on the beach or at our family member's bigger condo.

My family rented this beach house for 3 nights and we weren't disappointed. The house was steps from the sand and provided all the comforts of home. Our favorite part was having the kitchen window open and listening to the waves as we ate. The private beach view patio was amazing. The size of this place was perfect for our family of 4. Definitely would stay here again.

The location itself is amazing, literally steps to the sand. Had lots of beach toys and stuff which was really nice. Only downside is the parking. extremely tight spaces and difficult to have two vehicles parked, had to back up into the alley to get everyone in the car. But great location

Amazing location, and adorable place! We took our 3 small kids in August, and we all had a blast. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Right on the beach and next to everything! It was a little small for a family of 5, but it still worked out great. We really weren’t in the room much, since there was so much to do. The kids loved that they provided boogie boards and all the fun beach toys. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

Stayed with my family over 4th of July weekend. Condo was clean and everything you needed for the kitchen was there was quite nice. It was nice to have a patio on the strand, but it was unfortunately shared with another unit. Would be better to be able to come to an agreement with the other unit regarding usage rather than only using half 100% of the time. Furniture on 3256 unit side was much too large for the space with the BBQ there, but nice to have it. Condo access with the codes was great not having to have keys. All in all it was a good stay for us!

The location couldn't be any more perfect. This was a fantastic, clean space right on the beach. The hosts were excellent. Beds and furniture all seemed to be nearly brand new and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Being so near the beach was a real plus. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and neat, the beds as comfy as home. It was easy to get to all the touristy places we wanted to see and the managements recommended spots and eateries were very helpful.
The only downside is the small parking area. If you have a small car, no problem, ours is a large SUV. We could park in the overflow spot just not right by our door. It worked.
We love San Diego. we love the beach and look forward to going back again.
