Cute little area to stay in, walk to the beach was less than a block!

We had such an easy stay! The host was so helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was literally one short block to the ocean. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

Super clean, great location, and had everything we needed!

Clean, well appointed, great location beach rental. Loved having beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed was comfortable. My only two negatives were the no onsite parking. Sometimes we had to walk a few blocks at night. And the area rugs need an update. Otherwise great stay!

We had a great stay at Magical Mission Beach! It was steps away from the beach, we used their chairs, beach toys and towels that were supplied which was so helpful. Our 3 year old daughter loved playing in the sand. We walked to Blue Palm and Teo’s for breakfast and coffee and they were great! The space was very clean and comfy. They made check in easy and even let us check in a little early. The water heater was not working when we arrived, I messaged the host and they sent someone over to fix it immediately. 10/10 would stay here again.

The location is wonderful being only steps from the beach. Walkable to food, Belmont Park, PB and all that mission has to offer. Clean and tidy.

Super close to the beach and the condo is very nice!

This unit is clean, comfortable and only about 100 feet from the boardwalk and the sand at Mission Beach. I would give it 5 stars for location and cleanliness. When we first arrived for our summer rental, we were expecting a loud fraternity party environment, but the neighborhood was amazingly quiet and relaxing. The biggest challenge that renters need to be aware of is parking, particularly during the busy high season. This unit does not come with parking, and the assurance that "parking is available on the streets" actually means you may have to park 10-15 minutes walking distance away.....if you're lucky. Daily search for parking will be part of your stay. We suggest finding a spot in the overnight parking area of South Mission Beach, and using Uber to get around. Or, just be ready to be away from the area until nightfall, when that beach parking lot has available spots. Otherwise, a great unit!

Great location, great stay

Perfect spot for our little family! Very conveniently located by the beach! The only downside was the lack of parking.

Great place but if you have a car, beware, parking is nonexistent on the weekend. I drove the car for one hour on a Saturday at 5 pm until I could park. This was June and the locals said it gets much worse as summer progresses.

Great place! Unit was modern, clean, efficient, comfortable…had it all. Steps to the beach and although we couldn’t see it from the place nice front patio with a couple chairs to hear the ocean sounds and take in the sea breeze. The heated outdoor shower was so convenient for cleaning off the sandy kiddos before going inside.

This place is great! Has it all…clean, modern, organized, efficient, comfortable and nice location steps from the beach. Fans and ac kept us comfortable on warm days/nights. Nights were very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to families of 4 or smaller.

Unit is convenient, clean and with great location. However, beware if you have a car.....I spent an entire hour driving the neighborhood looking for a parking spot at about 6PM on Saturday night. (6/22/24).

I wish we could have checked in sooner than 4pm. Other than that, everything was great. The bed was super comfortable, I loved that it had a washer and dryer, nicely decorated and close to the beach. I also loved there’s near by places to get coffee and food.

Great place to stay for a family! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The house was clean, and the location was spot on. Parking can be a little tricky, especially during the week on the main street due to street cleaning. Overall, fantastic stay!

South Mission Oasis (2807) was a great little spot for my family to spend spring break! It is a 30 second walk to a great beach, and is really close walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and a little market. The host was super responsive, and very kind! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a clean, modern, comfortable apartment with a perfect South Mission Bay Location. The property managers are very responsive and available too.

Darling condo steps from the beach! It was super clean and quiet. Parking was a little tricky and there wasn’t an included gym amenity as listed (just one close by that you can pay a fee to use), but other than that we had a great stay!

Parking could’ve been explained better in instructions but other than that we loved it!

Cute apartment in south mission beach, very close to the water of the bay and the ocean. Easy walk to Belmont park and local restaurants. Nicely furnished.

This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. It was clean, just as advertised, easy to follow instructions, lots of local food, and the Magical Mission Beach team was extremely responsive when I had questions. Even though there are lots of neighboring houses, it was a quiet location. My husband and I were able to walk along the beach (only 1 block away), and walk to Mission Beach Park. Be sure to pay attention to the parking signs if you have a vehicle.

I Airbnb my own home and when I travel I love seeing other homes and spaces. This place is perfect for 2 people and the pullout bed is by far the best couch bed I've ever laid on. Our flights were scrambled and so we got in a day late, Magical mission was kind enough to offer an additional night since no one was coming the next day. They also allowed for a late checkout! Very responsive and I'm impressed

We had a fantastic stay for a week at this unit. Very close to beach, beautiful surroundings and very walkable. The unit is comfortable for two people. The kitchen is modern and it contains everything you may need to make a meal. The bathroom is also a good size, and good shower pressure. The bed is very comfortable and the linens smelled freshly washed. Highly recommend & would return.

Great location - right by the beach (though no beach view, fyi), each walk to a lot of locations, easy to get to a number of tourist locations (like Sea World, the Zoo, Escondido, etc.).

Loved this Airbnb! Squeaky clean too! Half a block to beach makes it easy to run back if you forgot something or want to eat! Loved the decor very stylish. Book it, it won’t disappoint.

This home was definitely one of the best. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. Lots to do and everything is within walking distance. The home was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable along with the sheets. The host was very responsive and very kind. I highly recommend this home. ?

Great location and steps away from the beach! This home was recently updated, with outdoor shower for beach sand, washer and dryer inside condo and a decently stocked kitchen. A/C in all areas made it extremely comfortable. will stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at this place and we would definitely recommend and do it again! It had all the beach accommodations we needed, was a very short walk to the beach, and had a few restaurants nearby that made everything great! Once we parked our car for the weekend, we didn’t have to drive it again!

We had a great stay in Mission Beach. We loved waking up and being able to walk a few steps to the beach. There aren’t a ton of restaurants close by, but we enjoyed Lazy Eye Coffee. The place was just as pictured and was perfect for us.

This place was great - particularly the location. So close to the beach and enough distance from the crowds at Belmont Park. We didn’t have trouble finding street parking most of the time. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, cute and right around the corner from the beach. The location is a 10/10! I will say that parking can be tricky on the weekends but nothing impossible. So worth it! I would stay here again.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Everything was new, clean and just right. Comfortable bed, perfectly stocked kitchen, clean and new towels and beach amenities. Their professionalism and friendly updates and information was also perfect. The only thing I wished they could offer is parking space but I know that is an impossible request for Mission Beach. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Such an incredible location. Host was great at communicating. Parking was easy on Thursday but weekends were definitely a challenge so be aware. Otherwise it was amazing. Right next to the beach with nice modern finishes.

A great place to stay with great hosts.

This rental was in a great spot just off the boardwalk along the ocean and close to Mission Beach Park. We enjoyed Lazy Eye coffee, Cannon Ball sushi and renting bikes at to ride along the bay. The Beach House was also a perfect place to catch the sunset. When we encountered a minor problem it was handled very quickly and efficiently. We parked on Mission and it was easy. Thank you fir a great stay.

Our family had a great vacation at this rental. The price was very reasonable for Mission Beach and San Diego. We had a nice patio for grilling. We were only a few steps away from the most beautiful beach. The home has lots of nice features.
