Great place to stay in San Diego.

You just can’t beat this location. It was amazing to be dropped off by our Uber and then be walking distance from EVERYTHING for the remainder of our trip! The house was clean and the beach gear that’s provided makes the trip feel like I was right at home.

Central location to restaurants and great access to beach.
When we realized that the frying pans were not usable, Magical Mission Beach brought us new pans within the hour.
They were very responsive.
Very clean.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and easy in/out with the car. Lots of restaurants and shops. The condo itself was perfect. Exceptionally clean! Well stocked kitchen. Great supply of beach towels and toys. Good A/C.
No real negatives, but things to be aware of:
When they tell you the garage is narrow and your car might not fit, believe it! Our rental car was bigger than we asked for (Audi Q7), and it took two guides, & a lot of jockeying around to get in with side mirrors folded in. By the week’s end I was an expert!
Noise. Our unit was on the alley and close to the street. They warned us about the corner bar with live music. But there is the loading dock for Ralph’s across the street with early deliveries. And young folks in the apartments across the alley doing what they do. However, the double pane windows do a good job of keeping it softened and we were never kept awake. It was actually quieter than we expected.
Would come back here again no question.

The location was great, the condo was spotless, and the communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

The only note for future travelers, the master does not have a king bed and there is no cable. These things didn't affect us but might others.

This is a very nice, roomy condo, location is close to the beach, Mission Bay, and Sea World-- that's a plus. The host is professional and organized. However, this condo is also next door to a restaurant/bar that is very noisy and busy throughout the night. We were woken up more than once due to loud music and customers shouting outside. Even though the garage has space for 2 cars, it is very narrow to pull into, can be tricky with the parked cars in the alley limiting the turning ratio, but was glad to not have to look for parking. The cleaning fee for this place is much higher than all other places we have booked.

Great location - loved being so close to the ocean and the bay! Place was clean, instructions were clear, easily accommodated three couples.

Great location. Clean. Enough space for 6 people.
One of the other reviews mentioned the music outside from the bar behind the rental. You can definitely hear the bar and crowd on the weekend. But it’s PB/MB and it wasn’t loud enough to keep us from sleeping.

Great condo, very well equipped. Despite some initial communication issues, check in was easy and the renters are very responsive and quick to reply. The location was nice, close to lots of restaurants/bars/shopping. One thing to note: we were able to hear the music in the middle of the night from the bar around the corner. Just fyi if you’re a light sleeper. All in all great place, would stay again.

Had a wonderful family vacation there - 3 grown kids and parents. We loved the location - proximity to the beach was unreal! Go down the Airbnb stairs and walk 10 feet for the best sunset view!

Fabulous place and location ! We loved the place and hope to make it a yearly visit. Beds were very comfy, plenty of towels and supplies , loved the beach equipment & chairs . So convenient to beach and grocery store and restaurants.

very nice bright, lots of windows, roomy, clean, within walking distance to beach and Mission Boulevard and many businesses, coffee, eats, bars etc. large garage and furnished beach chairs etc. Enjoyed our short stay. Staff returned messages promptly. Would recommend and will come back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stayed and the host was awesome with communication. Location was great. Close eniugh to walk to the beach and pier. We loved having the grocery store with walking distance too. The bar was loud but other than that, no issues. Awesome restaurants close by too which was nice! The beach toys were great to have to available as well. The garage is small, suggest small vehicles or park on street. Overall a great experience!

Location of this home is perfect! Across the street from the grocery store and the beach. It’s truly the perfect house for a Pacific Beach weekend.

Great central location. 1 block to the beach, 2 blocks to the bay, close to restaurants and bars but still reasonably quiet though you can hear some of the local nightlife. The unit was well appointed, clean and functional. Beach gear is provided and is a nice touch. Communication with the host was straightforward. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a wonderful stay with great communication from the host. Arrival was seamless and we made this our home for a few days. Let me say the only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because unfortunately the bar next door was extremely loud on the weekend and although the condo blocks out most noise, there are a ton of college kids doing what they do while walking down the street and in the alley. Other than that, this location is unbeatable in relation to the beach and all other places. We never had to drive anywhere other than Sea World.

The garage was an also extremely tight fit for even my midsize Chevy Colorado so make sure you aren't bringing a larger vehicle, you'll never get in and parking can be hard to find elsewhere. Luckily I was able to make it work.

I really enjoyed my stay here - being a 5 minute walk to the beach was fantastic, and there were several restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself was clean and comfortably fit 5 of us. We also appreciated all the beach towels and boogie/surf boards available for use. There is also a grocery store across the street to grab any groceries you need. Could not recommend this place more.

Wonderful location, good communication from host.

You can't beat the location - two blocks from Pacific Beach, across the street from Ralphs and a multitude of restaurant options. Great location for a family beach trip or a group of friends. Though there was a huge bar with outdoor screens - we never heard a peep. Kitchen is stocked with pots and dishes.

Great place! Spacious, close to everything. On-site parking encouraged us to walk, no worries about finding street parking (in short supply on weekends)
Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas made time on the beach easy.

We loved it! The location was perfect within a quick walk to the beach to set up and close to groceries, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house was great and as described and pictured. And the garage and beach gear storage was perfect for us. We easily fit both our cars in the garage with plenty of room to get in and out. Would definitely stay here again. We only wish that it had a little more outdoor space on the patio. Thanks!

This condo is in the PERFECT location. We chose this place because of its proximity to the beach. This is a very well kept and clean home. Fully equipped kitchen. The A/C was a lifesaver for these warm July nights! The beach is right across Mission Blvd, very short walk! The host provides beach towels, boogie boards a surf board and beach chairs. Grocery, dining and shopping establishments all within a very short walking distance. Highly recommend Surf Side Pizza!

Super clean and cozy airbnb, the location is perfect and walking distance from the beach. The photos were all accurate and the hosts were super responsive as well. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay close to the beach and many restaurants plus the grocery right across the street ! All within walking distance. The place was very clean and well stocked. The trash was an issue because the occupants before filled it to the absolute top so we were lucky we didn’t have much to put in it. The communication in the beginning was amazing but never received responses after we checked in. I communicated about if we could get in earlier and was told they would let me know as they had tenants before. I messaged about 20 min before check in no response. I communicated about the trash and a non working garbage disposal no response.
Other than communicating I highly recommend the place itself!

Super clean! Very private amd away from all the noise of parties. Only negative is you can’t see the beach. But it’s only 5 min walk.
