This magnificent spacious condo is located in the heart of Pacific Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, gated luxury condo is perfect for your dream beach vacation in sunny San Diego. Central to endless fun - dining, shopping, the beach, Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Short walk to the oceanfront boardwalk and Mission Bay boardwalk.
Inside this gated condo you are presented with a beautiful walkway filled with greenery taking you to the steps that lead to your front door. Once you enter the front door you're presented with the main living space. The living room is centered around a sectional couch and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Abundant natural light and ocean breezes stream in from the windows and sliding glass door. Just off this room is your private patio with table, chairs and gas BBQ grill with propane included. This is also the location of the 1/2 bathroom.
The fully-equipped modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, two door fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 3 people. The open floor plan also offers a connected dining room with a full-size kitchen table and a view of the living room TV. Spacious and comfortable seating accommodations for 4 at the table and 3 more at the breakfast bar ensure that your group can enjoy a meal together along with conversations, laughter, and stories of your day's adventures in San Diego.
Just off the dining and living room is your outdoor patio which will be the go–to spot to sip your morning coffee. This is a perfect spot for happy hour, grilling and watching people come and go from the beach.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor of the condo. All three bedrooms have a full-size walk-in closet with plenty of storage, dresser storage built into the beds, ceiling fans, and TV's.
This property sleeps, 6 people. The master bedroom is a king-size bed, the second bedroom is a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is a queen-size bed.
The master bedroom has a connected full private bathroom. This bedroom has a beautiful view of palm trees and accordion blackout shades (great for sleeping in!).
The third bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
All three bathrooms offer plenty of storage - The master shower is a tub/shower combination with a shower seat and sliding glass doors, the second bathroom is a tub/shower combination with sliding glass doors, and downstairs is a half bathroom.
This home also includes a stackable washer/dryer in the laundry room and central heating and air conditioning - rare at the beach in San Diego! Parking is priceless at the beach so guests appreciate that there are 2 dedicated spaces in the secured parking garage. The spaces are full size in length but narrow in width. Please keep this in mind if you have large vehicles.
We provide everything from beach towels and beach chairs to body boards and even a surfboard for your exclusive use! Al;l you need to bring are bathing suits and a toothbrush.
On the North side of the property is a Ralph's grocery store, perfect for grocery shopping. Ralph's has a deli and a large selection of wine, beer and spirits.
There is a restaurant/bar to the North-West of the property that plays music at night Wed-Sun. They are open until 10 pm Wed-Sat and open until 8 pm on Sundays.
Closing your windows keeps the majority of the sound out, but if you like sleeping with the fresh ocean breeze, you will be able to hear the crowd and music. The grocery store and restaurant have delivery trucks the come around 9:00 am in the morning.
This PB property is centrally located to San Diego county's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, world-famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Petco Park, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and plenty more. There is endless entertainment along Mission Blvd, Grand Avenue and Garnet Avenue just a short walk from your door.
If you’re feeling adventurous, take a 20-minute walk to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, one of the largest instructional waterfront facilities in the world. You can join classes and/or rent equipment to experience the fun of surfing, sailing, wake-boarding, wake surfing, stand up paddling, water skiing, rowing, kayaking and windsurfing!

Guest(s) who cancel at least 60 days prior check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, NO processing fee.
If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in date, guests get back a 50% of the total nightly rate.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date, guest(s) are not entitled to any refund of rental amount paid, PLUS Transient Occupancy Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded if guests have already paid.
GOOD NEIGHBOR/NO PARTY/OCCUPANCY LIMIT POLICIES: Magical Mission Beach has a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise and/or disturbing the neighbors. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties that disturb the neighbors are prohibited and can lead to immediate eviction and a $250 Party Penalty! All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances.
Refundable Damage Deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the property and check-out instructions are followed.

Super clean! Very private amd away from all the noise of parties. Only negative is you can’t see the beach. But it’s only 5 min walk.
