- The bright kitchen features beautiful counters, quality appliances, a brand new oven, microwave and coffee machine.
- If you love to cook, bake and entertain like we do, you'll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.
Parking Arrangements:
- Your home comes with one garage parking spot that will fit most vehicles. The dimensions of the parking space are: 76” high x 95” wide and 19’ 6” deep.
Additional Amenities:
- All bed linens provided. All bath and beach towels provided.
- FREE washer and dryer for your use.
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, zip lock bags, tin foil, and cleaning products.
Property Access:
- Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys.
- We will send you door codes via email 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Toys and Entertainment:
- Main living area has brand new HD flat screen Smart TV.
- Beach toys, body boards, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.

Cancellation Policy
MMB Rentals Cancellation Policy
- Please Note: Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
- All cancellations receive a $100 cancellation fee.
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received 60 days or more prior to check-in date, Guest will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received 30 days to 59 days prior to check-in date, Guest is entitled to receive 50% refund of the nightly rental/booking. Guest will also be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date..
- If Guest’s cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Guest is not entitled to refund of rental/booking. Guest will however, be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date.
- Guest must submit a cancellation request to MMB Rentals by e-mail.
- Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you're concerned about cancelling your reservation.
House Rules
- Due to new short term rental regulations in San Diego, it is more important than ever that we are good neighbors.
- We want you to have the best experience, but not at anyone else's expense.
- Your home is a private residence for use by our registered guests.
- You are welcome to have a small number of visitors on the property for short visits only.
- No additional overnight guests.
- No parties.
- No loud music or anything that disturbs neighbors at ANY time of day.
- No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.
- There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out.
- Your property is overseen by a local property manager and house rules are strictly enforced without exceptions.
- Guests who are inconsiderate of our neighbors and other vacationers around us jeopardize our ability to continue vacation renting. Such behavior will not be allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guest(s) who cancel at least 60 days prior check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus $100 processing fee.
If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in date, guests get back a 50% of the total nightly rate, cleaning, tax and damage deposit.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date, guest(s) are not entitled to any refund of rental amount paid. Transient Occupancy Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded if guests have already paid.
GOOD NEIGHBOR/NO PARTY/OCCUPANCY LIMIT POLICIES: Magical Mission Beach has a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise and/or disturbing the neighbors. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties that disturb the neighbors are prohibited and can lead to immediate eviction and a $250 Party Penalty! All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances.
Deposit Policy
Refundable Damage Deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the property and check-out instructions are followed.

The home was nicely remodeled and well equipped. Location was good, it was a quieter part of Mission Beach with easy access to the beach. The beach chairs and boogie boards were appreciated. However I felt mislead by the headline of “Ocean Views” - that lead me to believe that it was one of the houses right on the ocean when it was a row of houses behind and you can see a small sliver of ocean from one of the windows in a bedroom. So it was initially disappointing which was a shame as it really was a great place to stay. Just not what I was looking forward to.
Super smooth booking, check-in/out, and support experience. Fast response to requests. Good local info. Everything we needed and more.

The home was beautiful, clean and just like the photos! It fit our family of 5 perfectly and was in a great location. We were able to walk to Belmont Park for lunch/dinner. The host was super helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations for the holiday weekend. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. On site parking was secure- but make sure your vehicle fits the specs. I would totally book this stay again!

This place was amazing! My family and I had the best trip. The facilities were spotless and so comfortable for four people, and we had such a wonderful time exploring all that Mission Beach had to offer. There was an incredible taco stand, a few bars, and Belmont Park all within walking distance. The hosts were incredible too! So responsive and helpful. Perfect 10's across the board, thanks for having us!!

We loved this place and would definitely come back. Hosts were very proactive in communication, the property was really clean and had great design taste. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach, which was great! One thing to be aware - the garage is pretty small and the street outside can be difficult to maneuver to get in - depending on what cars are parked nearby. We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was really tight. I wouldn't be comfortable trying to park anything larger in there.

Had a fabulous stay! Pictures didn't do the inside justice - it's a super cute place and very well decorated. King bed in master was super comfortable and a/c in both bedrooms was fabulous! Definitely recommend.
Loved all of it. The decor was fresh with cute retro vibe, very clean and very close (1house) to the beach, food and about anything you might want was close by.
Would love to come again!
We really enjoyed our stay. Cute apartment, very clean, amazing proximity to non crowded beach. 10 min walk to Belmont Park and restaurants. There was quite a bit of overhead air traffic and alley noise we weren’t expecting, bring a noise machine if you are sensitive to noise like we are. Still really enjoyed our stay!

My only issue was it would have been nice to have an outdoor patio or deck. Garage was very tight but not much you can do about that. All the codes worked well. An 11:00 am checkout would be good. The team communicated with us well before and after checkin. Very close to boardwalk.
Great place to spend a stay cation with my family! Spent the first night at one of the restaurants on the boardwalk at sunset and my son (4) loved the Belmont park amusement rides! Great kitchen with plenty of appliances and used it to cook while we were there! Felt right at home would def recommend
Really great location. It is an upper unit, which we didn't expect, but that was ok. Also, if you have an SUV, you may have a tough time fitting in the garage. Location is .5 miles from belmont or a quick 25 minute walk to restaurants and shops, all via the beach boardwalk. We loved it!

Our stay was wonderful! Place is exactly as described with a 1 minute walk to the ocean and a 3 minute walk to the bay! Host was very proactive in reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed all of the beach accommodations! Chairs, toys, umbrella - and it was so nice they had an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off!

This is an excellent property steps from the beach and a short walk to Belmont Park area. The beach was not crowded at all and there are volleyball nets. I would stay here again if it is available.
Could not have asked for a better beach vacation. This spot is beautify updated, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our family as we wanted to be very near the beach at an affordable price. MMB thought of all the details- there wasn't an amenity we needed that they didn't have. This place checked all the boxes for us. Would definitely visit again!
Really beautiful property, fantastic location. Parking restrictions appear quite strict for the neighborhood. Make sure any unexpected guests park vehicles appropriately. Guests parking in a manner analogous to the rest of the neighborhood cause complaints from neighbors.

Wonderful place! We stayed for a week over the Spring Break and had a fantastic time. There is a lot of room to hang out, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the place has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Best of all is the location. Steps from the beach and bay, an easy walk to coffee and restaurants, and close to San Diego attractions. Thought it was great to park the car and just walk everywhere. The sunsets on the beach are amazing. Not to be missed!
