Parking Arrangements:
- You will have access to a very tight carport in the back of the house.
- The spot will not fit larger vehicles- dimensions are 6' (W) by 13' (L).

- All bed linens provided.
- All bath and beach towels provided.
- FREE full sized washer and dryer for your use (shared with unit above.)
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, zip lock bags, tin foil, and cleaning products.

- Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys.
- We send door codes via email 24 hours prior to arrival time.

Cancellation Policy
MMB Rentals Cancellation Policy
 - Please Note: Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
- All cancellations receive a $100 cancellation fee.
 - If Guest’s cancellation request is received 60 days or more prior to check-in date, Guest will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
 - If Guest’s cancellation request is received 30 days to 59 days prior to check-in date, Guest is entitled to receive 50% refund of the nightly rental/booking. Guest will also be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date.
 - If Guest’s cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Guest is not entitled to refund of rental/booking. Guest will however, be refunded for cleaning fees, tax, or damage coverage paid as of cancellation date.
 - Guest must submit a cancellation request to MMB Rentals by e-mail. Â
 - Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you're concerned about cancelling your reservation.

- Due to new short term rental regulations in San Diego, it is more important than ever that we are good neighbors.
- We want you to have the best experience, but not at anyone else's expense. Â
- Your home is a private residence for use by our registered guests.Â
- You are welcome to have a small number of visitors on the property for short visits only.Â
- No additional overnight guests.
- No parties.
- No loud music or anything that disturbs neighbors at ANY time of day.Â
- No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.
- There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out.Â
- Your property is overseen by a local property manager and house rules are strictly enforced without exceptions.
- Guests who are inconsiderate of our neighbors and other vacationers around us jeopardize our ability to continue vacation renting. Such behavior will not be allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guest(s) who cancel at least 60 days prior check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus $100 processing fee.
If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in date, guests get back a 50% of the total nightly rate, cleaning, tax and damage deposit.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date, guest(s) are not entitled to any refund of rental amount paid. Transient Occupancy Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded if guests have already paid.
GOOD NEIGHBOR/NO PARTY/OCCUPANCY LIMIT POLICIES: Magical Mission Beach has a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise and/or disturbing the neighbors. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties that disturb the neighbors are prohibited and can lead to immediate eviction and a $250 Party Penalty! All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances.
Deposit Policy
Refundable Damage Deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the property and check-out instructions are followed.

Absolutely perfect location! An ideal spot for families, quiet and safe, just steps away from the water, we were very comfortable. Our car was too large for the provided parking spot, but there was parking near by and this wasn’t an issue at all. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Cute place in the heart of Mission Beach. Wonderful Patio and living room sitting area. It was clean and well appointed. Everything was exactly as described. Parking was a little tricky, but the host communicated well about it and it worked it.

Amazing location for both the beach and bay. You can see the Sea World fireworks every night. Really great for children. We enjoyed the terrace and barbecue a lot too. And plenty of beach toys and bodyboards available. Thanks for a great time!
The house is in a great location to the beach and the bay. We really enjoy our stay. The host is always available to answer any questions we may have. We will be back again to stay next time we are in town.

The location is GREAT! It is close to both the beach and the bay. Overall, it was a really good stay and clean. We went for the 4th of July so it could get loud with having to keep the windows open since you can’t use the AC.
It was an amazing experience! Walking distance from the beach and super quiet. The only thing that I didn’t expect is how small the parking space was. I also thought that we rented the whole house, but it was just the bottom level. It was super comfy and felt like home away from home.

Was not as clean as we thought it would be. Lots of missing items that they said would be provided. We appreciated the host bringing some of those things by but she still didn’t bring much. She was good at responding when she could though about questions we had. Electricity went out for a while but apparently that happens in that neighborhood some of the time so something to consider especially if you’re going with a family. Parking there is awful.
They have one spot provided but basically unless you have a car the size of a smart car you won’t fit appropriately without risk of being towed. We were afraid to leave for fear of not finding parking near enough when we got back which definitely happened a couple of times with our 3 year old, 5 year old and 12 old sons.
This place was great for my family and I. Very close to the bay and a block from the ocean. The south end of mission is a bit more quite from the area around Belmont Park. Parking is tight but it's San Diego so that is to be expected everywhere. Hosts were very responsive, no major issues. place was clean and well stocked. Photos and description of the place were accurate. Great stay!
Amazing location with the bay on one side and the beach on the other. House is clean and has everything you need. It’s tight beach living so expect to befriend your neighbors! Would stay here again.
Great location! Everything worked and was clean enough. One of the twin beds appeared to be a foam mattress topper on a box spring, and the other was a firm mattress on a wooden platform. Probably fine for kids, but I had a hard time sleeping on either of them. Otherwise it was fine, and the beach equipment was nice.
Perfect location!! Definitely small- but pretty much everything is around there. Parking was difficult so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. It was great being so close to everything!

This was a great place to stay. Just steps away from Mission Bay, our kids had a blast playing in the sand and water! While it can accommodate 6 people, I probably wouldn’t recommend it. It was perfect though with our 2 small children. Parking is also VERY tight, but grateful they even had a spot to park.
This is a great location! It has everything you need to enjoy the beach! It's within walking distance of beach, bay and restaurants! The host is super responsive and extremely helpful! Just be mindful of parking if you have a larger vehicle.

House was exactly as described. It’s not new inside but well-appointed and cared for. Loved the location - a short walk to the beach and bay. The surrounding neighbors and families very nice and house had everything we needed for 2 adults and our 2 teens. Nice owners. Would stay there again.

Great place! 1 minute walk to the beach or the bay. Clean house and it has all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for takeout or delivery. we didn't want to leave the house because we didn't want to miss anytime away from the bay. We are looking forward to returning soon!

My niece and I so enjoyed our stay here! The vacation rental was spotless, roomy, and well equipped. The location is quiet yet convenient to the beaches, and the neighbors proved to be more like family than strangers. I would only rent from Kimberly again in Mission Beach, as she was helpful and in touch about how are stay was going.

A great property so close to the beach and bay. We limed everywhere, used the boards and chairs provided, easily parked in our spot, and enjoyed our vacation tremendously. A true benefit was the ease of communication with the owners. I would stay here again. Traveled with one teen and two 21 year olds, all had a great time.
