Located on the sunny side of one of the nicest courts in Mission Beach, the location contains lots of mature landscaping and trees reflecting the pride of ownership by the local neighbors.

This glorious light and bright second story unit has lots of windows delivering mind-blowing views of pristine Mission Bay, the largest water park in the world. This is without doubt one of the best vacation rental properties in San Diego.

You’re walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, the Belmont Park Amusement Center, the Plunge Pool and the world class FIT Athletic Club. We have awesome grocery stores including a large Ralph's Supermarket, Trader Joe's and Sprouts located in nearby Pacific Beach. The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, the Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Petco Park and the San Diego Airport are all within short driving distances. Mission Valley has two large malls and lots of additional restaurants. Liberty Station is a nearby decommissioned Navy base filled with eclectic restaurants, shopping and art galleries.

This unit is beach ready with paddle boards, body boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. On the first floor there is a gated patio where you have access to a private table, chairs and grill on a shared patio (with the first floor 2 bed/1bath unit).

This spacious and comfortable unit sleeps 8 adults. The master bedroom contains a king bed and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with one full, one twin and one trundle. The third bedroom contains a pullout sofa that sleeps 2.

The brand newly remodeled kitchen and dining area are spectacular with views of Mission Bay, plenty of seating and everything you need for dining and happy hour. This unit shares a washer/dryer with the first floor unit.

You have exclusive use of a 1 car parking garage.

THESE ARE VERY STRICT MEASUREMENTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO FIT.
If your vehicle does not fit in garage where the garage door can be closed and locked – You are not permitted to park in the garage. Garage Doors are to remain closed & locked at all times when not entering or exiting.

HOUSE RULES AND CONDITIONS:
Please ensure you are comfortable with MMB house rules as they are strictly enforced:
- The minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.
- We maintain a “NO TOLERANCE” policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing neighbors. We want everyone to have a terrific time, but never at anyone’s expense.
- Gatherings that disturb neighbors are prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction.
- All of our vacation homes are enforced with strict City of San Diego noise ordinances.
- No additional guests without notifying MMB.
- No smoking in or on the property.
- No Pets.

Please Note: Like all beach areas, you are likely to hear music and conversations of neighbors and people walking past, but it should always quiet down after 10pm. Mission Beach also experiences noise from airplanes at certain times of the day. Fireplace is not functional.

Perfect stay for our family of six. The beach items and toys in the garage were wonderful for our family to use. Home was clean and in great shape. The parking was a lifesaver. Convenient location to and beach. Neighborhood quiet. Property management company was super helpful and attentive to any needs we had.

If cancelled less than 15 days prior to check-in date, guest(s) are not entitled to any refund of rental amount paid, however, if Transient Occupancy Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Damage Deposit have already been paid, they will be refunded those amounts.
